Engineering Certainty Across Every System

Volz Eco Solutions is a multidisciplinary engineering firm delivering design, procurement, execution and commissioning for critical building and industrial infrastructure across Pan India, Nepal, Bhutan and Bangladesh. Our engineering teams work to recognized codes and standards — NBC, NFPA, ASHRAE and IS specifications among them — across a broad scope of MEP and civil engineering disciplines. The lines of business below represent where we have already built a demonstrated, audited track record for our clients; they are a starting point for what our engineering capability can take on, not a boundary on it.

An Engineering Company, Proven Across These Lines

Volz Eco Solutions undertakes a broad scope of MEP and civil engineering work. The lines of business below reflect where our engineering and execution teams have already delivered — each carried end-to-end from initial consultation through design, procurement, installation and commissioning, under a single point of technical and contractual accountability rather than a chain of specialist subcontractors.

01

Industrial Flooring — Epoxy & PU

Seamless, self-leveling epoxy screeds and polyurethane (PU) broadcast systems engineered for compressive strength, chemical resistance and surface finish specific to the facility — including static-dissipative (ESD) flooring for electronics and data-hall environments, high-build systems rated for forklift and pallet-truck traffic, and hygienic PU toppings for pharmaceutical and food-grade areas. Substrate moisture-vapor transmission and surface profile are assessed prior to specification.

02

Firefighting Systems

NFPA 13-compliant sprinkler networks engineered to the facility's hazard classification (light, ordinary or extra hazard), wet and dry riser systems, hydrant networks, hose reel cabinets, and fire pump rooms with jockey, duty and standby pump configurations. Hydraulic calculations and deluge/pre-action valve arrangements are engineered to the occupancy's actual risk profile, not a generic specification.

03

HVAC

Cooling load calculations (in tons of refrigeration) drive system selection across VRF/VRV, ducted split and chilled-water plant configurations, with air handling units (AHUs), static pressure balancing and ductwork sized to ASHRAE guidelines. Systems are specified for integration with building management systems (BMS) where continuous monitoring and energy optimization are required.

04

Fire Alarm Systems

Addressable and conventional fire alarm control panels (FACP) engineered to NFPA 72, with zone-wise annunciation, multi-sensor smoke and heat detection, and notification appliances sized for audibility across the protected area. Interfaces with HVAC damper actuation, access control and building management systems are addressed at the design stage, not retrofitted after installation.

05

Waterproofing

Membrane systems (APP/SBS-modified bitumen and liquid-applied polyurethane), cementitious and crystalline waterproofing, and integral admixture systems specified against the actual exposure — terrace and roof decks, basements and podiums (positive or negative-side application), water-retaining structures, and wet areas. Detailing at expansion joints, construction joints and waterstops in RCC structures is treated as a first-order design concern, since most failures originate there rather than in the open field of the membrane.

06

Fencing

Welded mesh, chain-link and palisade fencing systems specified with anti-climb and anti-cut mesh gauge, powder-coated GI or RCC/PCC posts, and concertina or razor-wire coils for high-security boundaries. Perimeter intrusion detection integration is available where the site's risk profile calls for it, alongside standard boundary and campus security fencing.

07

Sewage Treatment

Sewage treatment plants (STPs) engineered around sequential batch reactor (SBR), moving bed biofilm reactor (MBBR) or extended aeration/activated sludge processes, sized to hydraulic and organic loading and to the applicable Pollution Control Board discharge norms for BOD, COD and suspended solids. Tertiary treatment and UF/RO polishing are specified where treated effluent is intended for reuse rather than discharge.

08

Water Supply & Plumbing

Domestic and industrial water supply networks in UPVC, CPVC and GI piping, hydro-pneumatic and booster pumping systems, water storage and treatment (softening, filtration, RO), and plumbing installations engineered to National Building Code (NBC) provisions for flow, pressure and fixture demand. Fire-cum-domestic water tank sizing is coordinated with the firefighting scope rather than treated as a separate calculation.

09

Tunnel & Basement Drainage

Negative-side drainage systems installed behind shotcrete linings, basement walls and floors, shafts and retaining structures — permanently relieving hydrostatic water pressure rather than fighting it with a sealed membrane alone. Suited to both new-build and existing structures, using a slim, modular channel network that installs with minimal space and downtime.

Consultation to Commissioning, One Contract

A single engineering team carries each project through every stage below — no re-briefing a new vendor at each handover, and no ambiguity over who owns an issue once it's on site.

01 Consultation Scope, feasibility andstakeholder requirementsreviewed on site. 02 Survey & design Structural, load and codecompliance assessment;conceptual drawings. 03 Engineering & BOQ Detailed shop drawings, technical specificationsand bill of quantities. 04 Supply Procurement from certifiedOEM partners, with materialtest certification. 05 Installation In-house crews executing tomethod statements, scheduledaround live operations. 06 Commissioning Functional testing, as-builtdocumentation and statutorycompliance sign-off.

Seamless Finishes, Engineered to Spec

Every flooring system is specified against the facility's actual duty — static-control (ESD) screeds for data-hall and electronics environments, high-build broadcast systems for forklift and pallet-truck traffic, and chemical-resistant PU toppings for pharmaceutical and food-grade areas — rather than a single generic mix applied everywhere. Substrate moisture content, compressive strength and surface profile are assessed before any coating is specified.

Volz Eco Solutions is a premier multidisciplinary engineering firm headquartered in Gurugram, undertaking design, procurement, execution and commissioning of MEP and civil engineering works Pan India and across Nepal, Bhutan and Bangladesh. Our engineering scope spans industrial flooring, waterproofing, firefighting systems, HVAC, fire alarm systems, fencing, sewage treatment plants, water supply & plumbing, and tunnel & basement drainage — the lines of business where we have already built a demonstrated, audited track record for our clients, not the outer limit of our engineering capability.

Rather than a project passing through separate specialist vendors for each discipline, Volz retains full technical ownership of the scope — consultation, engineering and BOQ, procurement from certified OEM partners, in-house installation, and commissioning against statutory compliance requirements — under a single contract and a single point of accountability.

The result for our clients is fewer interface handoffs between trades, tighter program certainty, and as-built documentation that is compliance-ready — a material advantage in regulated environments such as pharmaceutical manufacturing, data centers and food processing — from day one, wherever the site is located.
